C905a CyberShot: The 8.1 Megapixel Monster

17 July 2009 130 views No Comment

Mobiles these days are obliterating the very fact of owning a digital camera or any other personal hand-held device for that matter. Sony Ericsson shows us how. The brand new C905a CyberShot mobile was launched by Sony Ericsson recently, in an attempt to gain a stronger foothold in the mobile market. These days, having just a mobile phone won’t do. Something more is absolutely essential. The C905a fits the “more” tag quite well.

1Sporting a fancy whopping 8.1 Megapixel camera lens, the C905a boasts of featuring the best and highest megapixel camera to be available through AT&T services. Complementing the beautiful camera with a top of the line image sensor, is a comprehensive feature set which allows you to snap pictures on the go. Smart-Contrast detection, Red-Eye reduction, Face-Detection [something new in cellphone cameras] and “BestPic” features are something to crow about in the C905a. The slider based candy phone has dedicated camera buttons on it’s side, which ensures you can capture that “kodak-moment”

One of the most interesting features on the phone is the “BestPic”. What it basically does is, it allows you to take consecutive pics at a given time, and then allows you to choose and save the ones you think look the best. Fancy feature, which you usually won’t see on a mobile phone camera! Very helpful in case you are doing some sport shoots or even a nature shoot. You can have the privilege of owning this bad boy for a reasonable $230 from AT&T, if you start their 2-year long contract. Snap away!
