chrome2After a long and annoying delay, finally, Google has taken efforts to consider the much ignore Mac platform and released the Google Chrome Internet browser for the same. Google Chrome is out for the OS X and is available for download now, officially. The most lightweight and amongst the fastest browsers out there, is now open to the second largest computer seller, Apple.

Mac had it’s own browser, the Safari, but due to the intensive use of resources and not being all that web-designer friendly, Mozilla’s Firefox was much the alternative to almost every Mac. But, now that Chrome has been released, things are looking up for the Web Developers, who’ve adhered to the Mac for so long. The mac community will finally give out a sigh of relief, after being snubbed by Google, by catering to the Windows platform only. Now that the OS X version is out, things are looking up for the Linux build as well. The BETA for the same is available as well here.
