12 April 2009 1,224 views 2 Comments

Newly sworn US president Barack Obama’s high tech team has recenty launched a completely revamped website for the White House. Within hours of his assuming duty, he launched the site to the public. Barack’s win is quite credited to the online media during his campaigning to run as a president.

Now, he considers White House.gov as his main website to communicate with the mass, and making information available to people even easier. The site is quite reader friendly and is somewhat following the Web 2.0 technique. This new website promotes the tech savvy image of the president, making people believe even more in him. This site has live streaming videos, high quality images of his oath and even RSS Feeds! Now THAT’s a president every country would want to have! Also with the implementation of the new site, a White House official YouTube channel has been released as well.
